The idea of liquefied garlic drives me crazy, I've tried to make some really thin slices with my knives without success. I'll have to get a razor, if I don't succeed I'll have to use it on my wrists.
>>79567052
Shaving it like that isn't helping you. If you want liquefied garlic take a whole head, drizzle with olive oil and sea salt, wrap the whole thing in aluminum foil. Roast in the oven at 400 F for thirty minutes. The garlic will become a spreadable paste. Thats as close to "liquid garlic" you can get

The only studies that consistently purport to show a reduction in mortality in vegetarianism (not veganism, who are always shown to be deathly ill) are Adventist studies, but the Adventist's don't factor for obesity because they believe obesity is divine punishment for eating meat (not even joking). Some of the earlier Adventist papers are straight up hilarious, they show that the meat-eating Adventist cohort was fatter, smoked more, drank more, had higher rates of diabetes and hypertension, then they preceded to use the UNADJUSTED DATA and blame the increased morbidity on meat.

Only if you select a poor cut of steak. If you're eating a top round or chuck roll, it's going to be tough, but then it was going to be either way. Anything from top sirloin (choice or select, with prime you could go even lower) and up are ideal cuts for cooking a blue steak.

Nah. There are specific locations. Outside Kobe, there's really no market or finding good steak in the far east. Australia has fantastic ranches and good stock, same with Brazil and Argentina, and pretty much all over the place in the American west and south.
But there's virtually nowhere in Europe. Just finding ranches are difficult and nearly unheard of outside Spain and France, and the quality are substandard on a global scale.
There's a lot of cuisine that Europe does right, but steak is not one of them.
