LOST is a deeply flawed show but it was somehow still compelling as fuck. Also the threads on /tv/ were a high-water mark for the board.

Trying to get my friends to watch lost so I have a reason to re-watch it again.most people know how it ended so they just dismiss the whole show...any ideas?

Started watching it again yesterday for the first time in about five years and marathoned the first four episodes. Still the pinnacle of television series. Throws you right into the action and makes you want to continue as soon as the first episode ends. It just isn't like that anymore. Nowadays series are slow as fuck and you gotta make yourself keep watching in case it good and once it gets good the series is over.
