Very early in Lawrence of Arabia (can't believe it hasn't been posted yet), Lawrence clumsily trips over some furniture in the Officer's mess, making a total ass of himself. This is an early reminder that the great film character and historical person, LAWRENCE OF ARABIA, was also a human being. The character is humanized before he is built up to be a titan.
