Having seen The Other Side of Hope, you could kind of tell there wasn't much left in the tank for him. It was the same as the movies he'd done 20 years ago, but with a different icing.

I remember running through a bunch of his movies back in the day when I was getting into "cinema" and never really seeing what all of the fuss was about. That being said, he's seemingly been incredibly influential, so one can't quite dismiss him.

Ariel was my favourite.
