I didn't think the first one lived up to the hype, but John Wick 2 was really fucking good desu. I might go see it a second time.

It makes me happy that he's part of a successful franchise again.

I remember reading one of the few bad reviews of John Wick 2 saying that they felt sorry for Reeves because he was being forced into this role as if he of all people wouldn't want to play a on the verge superhuman in an action movie. All the bad reviews of it I've read haven't even been well written or make any sort of point either, and seem to be people who don't even like action movies.

I can only wish to be at least half that beautiful when I'm 50

Fuck yeah. Just got a new theater in my town. One half is leather recliners with food. Other half is regular but with nice chairs. In the middle is an IMAX. Best part is that the theater is in the mall but it's so fucking nice, and the old "real" theater in town is now a discount $2 theater with movies that are leaving theaters, but not yet out on DVD.
