Is The Good Wife low-key the best TV show of the last decade alongside Mad Men?

For a CBS show with such a stupid title, it's actually constantly brilliant.

great show, very diplomatic in their approach and zero writer social agenda - almost conservative

The actor wanted out. It was well handled though, the episode dealing with his loss was great, but the show struggled a bit after with the new firm arc.

You can tell it's written by a couple. A lot of really subtle stuff about mature compromises in relationships, always shows different perspectives when dealing with a topic like beliefs, subtle sense of humor, always elegantly directed, great classical score, casually red-pills about Jewish influence in politics quite often, etc. it just feels mature, more so than most HBO shows have been lately.

It's a comfy show but a bit repetitive. How many goddamn times did we need to have the office go through desperate power grab cloak and dagger shit?

And I never liked the Will/Alicia/Peter love triangle.

It's a pretty solid show with great casting. Comfy/10
