I just started watching it this week, almost done with the first season. Ned is easily the best character on the show,

my favourite character in the books was unironically catelyn but D&D sort of ruined her as well so idk who i'd call my favourite character in the show
maybe bobby because he didn't stick around for long enough to be ruined and the OC scenes with him were actually pretty good
