Gotta go with Jason

Both are unstoppable bloodthirsty monsters, but Jason is bigger, stronger, uses a better weapon(s,) and just seems like a much more capable fighter in general.

For one thing, he beat Freddy Krueger (inb4 tie; he clearly came out on top in the end.) 2nd, before he started his rampage, he was already an experienced woodsman, while Michael spent his entire life pre-murder spree locked up.

Not to mention at this point he's a zombie demon force of nature, vs. Michael just being a force of nature.
