I want him to lose his arm, if it had happened in the Dark World then the movie would at least have had a lasting effect on the wider universe. A destroyer arm would also look baller as fuck.

In the comics Hulk fought against the Silver Surfer, but Marvel doesn't have the rights to him, they're with fox if I recall. In the movie adaptation Hulk fought against Beta-ray-Bill which hasn't been introduced yet in the MCU, but I would guess this would be an opportune time for them to give him an appearance.
