Why does every thread about this movie have some retard who has to mention that the director is gay. His last movie was about a gay guy, that's not really shocking news. And nobody cares.

Shit movie. A subpar story within a WTF non-story. The subpar story should have been the main theme and expanded. I liked the cancer dude but the rest was plain ass.

The whole car chase and family being harassed part was my favorite scene from a movie this year. The rest was decent.

Michael Shannon did a great job and Amy Adams' roastie gets btfo. I liked it.

Really captured the pain after I finish a story I've fully emotionally invested myself into.

I think it did a really good job of getting the alienating atmosphere down. It was like she was in another world when she was trying to be the artist. That shot of the meeting in that white circle room was the most otherworldly. Jenna Malone's costume and that botox lady were like a different species.

Michael Shannon was great.
