its more that the left is trying to prevent people from having a voice because it goes against their narrative. same with the "fake news" bullshit that they've been banging on about since the US elections.

a ton of lefty sites have already removed comments entirely, more will follow, and the only ones to benefit from this blatant censorship is the right, because now the right is the champion of free speech and discussion, while the left is promoting censorship.
