It's not exactly a movie, but there are a series of books by Heinlein, about a character called Lazarus Long.
Essentially the character is a product of a breeding experiment, started by a man before he died at a young age, where they give incentives to people with four grandparents who lived a long time to breed with other similar individuals. The result being that Lazarus, in the first book, is a little over 200 years old, and the oldest living member of this project at the time.

I've enjoyed reading some of them, you may enjoy them too.
