Great taste, anon.
Rounders, Rotten Tomatoes only gave it 65, i'd give it 90+, it should be 80 atleast, 65 is too low of a rating. Edward Norton and Matt Damon are awesome in this movie, it's the best poker movie ever IMO. Also, the movie Revolver only got a 17% and I'd give it atleast 80%, it is a deeper movie than people give it credit, I was shocked by Revolver's RT score.
Every single Whit Stillman movie. Ultimate levels of comfiness, silent ponderous pauses and very refined psychological portraits
Perfect movie

Underrated is the wrong word, underappreciated is what you are trying to say.
But yeah, Fail-safe is essential /nukekino/

Fail-safe is great, early Sidney Lumet practically shat out kino after kino.
One of them is The Hill, it even got Sean Connery as the main protagonist and it's still not well known.
Lumet always pulls 110% out of his actors and this is no exception, shows that Connery actually has wide acting range.
