Stanley is living is life more confident in the wake of all the Mask incidents. He doesn't wear the mask anymore. It's referenced he keeps it locked up. A landlord uses thugs to get raid and terrorize neighborhoods, trying to force people out, rent control blah blah, you've heard this plot before. Do it fairly formulaic, by the book. Stanley uses the mask to stop them, having another appearance by the dog of course, maybe a few others use the mask.
