3 microphones.
One for 1-liners.
One for funny stories.
One for serious things.
He moves between them when appropriate. His last special (I think it's called women and black guys) is funnier, but 3 mics is much more impactful and it takes serious guts for him to say some of the stuff he does. Lots of respect for him after seeing this.

Bo Burnham.

It's awful. The guy's one of those loser kids that try desperately to fit in.

>i am a cuck
>mix races
>embrace feminism
3 mics wasted on propaganda

it was alright,I didn't think he was that funny and while the emotional stuff was intresting it didnt do much for me

I really get the opposite vibe from him. Like the whole "Lmao! I'm friends with black people so that gives me a pass to say boarderline racist shit about them!" schtick gets real old real quick. I really don't appreciate his smug tone of superiority on the subject of race.
The other stuff, like the depression and relationship stuff- I dunno... Yeah, it was heartfelt, and he came across as vulnerable, but why was this in a stand up special? It made it feel like 1/3 of a disengeuous one man show, and really threw off the pacing IMO. The twitter jokes after every act break were a nice touch though to speed things back up and get the audience back on track.

Pretty dece.
The guy has some good one-liners, some good long form jokes and then one mic he just does some "serious" monologues that frame his jokes better

>schtick gets real old real quick
yeah, like 5 years ago
he looks like an old jewish nerd dying his hair and telling teenage girls he knows chapelle and they're like who?
