To be fair, the hallucinations off any drug are ultimately done by the person's own brain/mind. Sure, certain drugs make these mental imagery areas of the brain more active, your inhibitions less, and therefore halucinations are more likely, but everybody will have a different experience because they are more or less prone to "letting go" and/or have less baggage that they carry around with them.

It's no coincidence that the most stuck up people that always act like the societal "perfect", tend to act completely retarded on the smallest amount of weed. They're minds are basically screaming to let loose.

People that tend to halucinate off weed aren't necessarily "halucinating" in the correct sense, but their mind is more likely just flashing through imagery that they buried because it bothers them for one reason or another. Sht that people have pushed to the back burner because it isn't important to their survival/life at this point, and/or are just to weak/lazy to deal with. So with the littlest bit of release, these people can have vivid "flashes" of these images/events, or at least how their mind has chosen to remember them.

TLDR:

I feel what your laying down here. I see it as more of a thing with me paying attention more and thinking the simplest things over into far more greater detail then normal.

So it is easy to get hung up on a certain detail because I think you'd find that the majority of people the majority of time, don't actually pay much attention to the details in their lives, ultimately because we are so caught up in bull shit, which is what the all powerful "they" want us to be like. Distracted by bull shit so we don't organize a concentrated effort to overthow the acting power regime.

See, I can't even explain this well without getting lost on some detail that makes me think far too much about something, a now, become paranoid because it sounds so plausible. But is it? Are people that mischevious and dishonest that their exists this "they" that conspire against the normie peasents? Then you can't help but say/think "what about all those other people who believe these things, the ones who are so invested that they show up in person to root out the conspiracy and out themselves to millions as tin foil hatters?". I see how this is a reasonable concept, as I just reasoned with myself in creating it. But ultimately, yes, people are mishevious and dishonest, but we should question those who seek to gain from these conspiracies. The Alex Jones of the world. They are basically entertainment. They make money off this conspiracy/(ies) and they are just as subjected to corruptness as the very "they" they speak of.

Once I smoked on my own the last bit hash we had in the house, wack stuff desu, and I put on What We Do in the Shadows.

I think I was in a dark place at time, but I didn't laugh one bit, I honestly thought those guys lived some miserable lives, I tought my life was on the same depressive and cyclical path (without the whole vampire thing). I got pretty fucking sad, and the all the subsquent times I smoked weed, for a few months after that, everytime I smoked I got lost inside my head rethinking shit about my life and how I relate to others.

In the end it did me good I think, I decided to shake up my life a bit, enojoying more and just in generl being more positive. Maybe it helped that I got into meditation too.

I like how they kept the weed in the Band-Aids. For those that missed the symbolism, Kubrick was referring to how marijuana was merely covering up a much greater problem. It's little things like this that make Kubrick a genius and his talent is sorely missed in this day and age. Fascinating stuff for those intuitive to subtlety.
