Hey guys. I actually work in an electronics s store that sells these things.

There are 2 ways you can sell these things. Either empty, meaning you will have to go and get the apps yourself. Or fully loaded, where we put kodi apps on the box for you.
Here in Canada we actually just got a ban back in June saying we can't sell these things "fully loaded". It's a weird place to put us as a store, since you can buy these boxes fully loaded from some guys house and he doesn't give a shit a shit the laws, but it does effect us as a store since we have to actually follow the rules.

We still sometimes load boxes for people, and still sometimes charge $20 to put kodi apps back for people. It's a decent business if we can do it
