It's not really a realistic movie, if you haven't noticed, and the guys he kills are mooks, who are harmless for any Kingsman agent, as established in the prologue. Bond does the same thing, just a bit less excessive and flashy (most of the time, anyway). The real threat was the magic Japanese cripple ninja girl.
