Just finished series 4. What did everyone think of it?

felt like watching one of those shitty spy thrillers youd buy in an airport waiting lounge

i am that guy that has been defending this series in threads over the last few years and I'm done

there's so much they have going for them, beautiful direction, expert acting, but they squander it w/ these Mary arcs, Sherlock and Watson on again off again, dramatic bullshit rather than mysteries, cleverness, humor, etc.

This show went to shit once it stopped being about mysteries and it started being about Mary. Series 3 and 4 have almost no redeeming qualities.
