Cooler colors? High or low contrast? Brightness level? Whats does /tv/ use?

I turn the green up really high so everything looks like the Matrix
My LG 4K OLED has pretty good color accuracy out of the box from what I can tell. I just tweaked the low IRE lumenance a bit higher to prevent crushed blacks. I may get a colorimeter one day though.

i watch YIFY rips mane
like it fucking matters

neutral colors
max contrast
min brightness
it's hard getting the contrast and sharpness just right
i don't usually fuck with much else, maybe the brightness if the contrast is too low, color if it's over/undersaturated

I have two tvs but one is behind the other amd turned around facing the wall. I have them both tuned to the same channel and i also have the image in the rear tv flipped so the light from that tv reflects onto the wall and i get a proper back lighting ambiance.

I always put the brightness at ~75%
half way is way too dark.
I calibrated everything so it looks nice when I got it. Neutral colors, high contrasts, bright enough but not too much(I watch my kino with the lights off and I don't want to hurt my eyes).

I wish they would fix motion. Especially on the B6. If they could get their shit together with motion (and make Trumotion be actually useful) they would be damn near perfect.

Haven't noticed any issues on my C6

C6 uses LGs own chipset. B6 uses a Realtek chipset and is having some issues with motion right now. Hoping for a firmware fix. But not holding my breath. There is still no HDR game mode on B6s outside the US. I won't even talk about how bad Trumotion is.

Ok, so you've proved that you're a redditor. What's your point?

adjust the backlight first
I have a vizio E32-C1 and just used the recommended settings from setting.tv. Looks wonderful.
