I wish they had more diversity in the designs, like alien birds of prey, alien whales and sharks, alien primates.. instead all we ever got was generic bipedal foot soldiers. Giger's design should have been a starting point not the beginning and end of the design. The predalien in AVP2 was kind of cool too but that movie sucks dick.

The Queen has always been my favorite design.

I wish that the films would have done what the comics and books and toy line did, have a variety of Xenomorph designs based on the creatures they came out of. The Runner Alien in 3 was a start but then nothing until the PredAlien in Requiem.

Xenos are supposed to be disturbing because they played with sexual phobia.

The first movie's SFX still hold up pretty well, except in the scene were the Alien finally dies, it's pretty obvious it's just a guy in a suit.
