Whatever, I thought the pilot was alright. There was a lot there that made it feel similar to the original series. A problem, however, is that a lot of those things were tropes established over the course of the series, and this series is hitting all those tropes right from the get go. This isn't like the pilot of the first season where we see Jack relaxing at home and Jack doesn't get into much action until towards the end of the episode. Black Jack's fucking up guys left and right like this is season 4 Bauer.

I'll keep watching this, though. I'm sure it'll have some fun and silly twists.

Any idea if this is gonna be 12 or 24 episodes? Really hoping for 24.

I just found out there's an Indian adaptation of 24 that's gone two seasons and stars the dude who played the Indian president in season 8. It apparently even has Sean Callery doing the music.

Anyone seen this? I doubt it's that good, but I enjoy the concept enough to where I might actually give this a shot.

None that we know of but the writers have said that Jack is still in Russia as far as they know and they want to get him out so maybe in down the line 2 or 3 seasons from now if they can convince sutherland to come back they might rescue Jack from Russia maybe it could be sooner when Tony comes back .If they kept a cameo from Jack ill be impressed.
