I liked that it was strong feminist story with a female warrior. Her backstory made me cry. Its a good thing they took out Patriarchal Jedi scum. The tentacle scene reminded me of white males, but then I remembered that Mon Calamari are just fish, and its not their fault they have animalistic urges. Every strong feminist should support this movie.

This is one of the only star wars movies that actually had me shed a tear because the writing fit so well and the acting/filming was was I wanted to see from a star wars film.

What in the absolute FUCK is this? I just watched the first five minutes of this "movie" and it's literally a bunch of aliens and robots. It's not even different aliens and robots. It's like the same thing repeating for seven movies. I don't understand how people can enjoy this. If the whole movie is like this, I don't want any part of it. This is not a "classic" movie. This is fucking trash.

Overall, I think Rogue One is a far better film than The Force Awakens. However, I suspect Disney saved this film with reshoots. It's the first act of this film that everyone seems to be complaining about and said act also happens to be the section of the film that most resembles Edwards' previous film, Godzilla (2014).
