Despite Jack never killing humans or organics often there were episodes that still showed how fucked up the world was, best example was Jack versus the Ultrarobots that show entire villages getting destroyed complete with hiroshima shadows.

What's the problem? They are meant to be binged, and they explicitly tell their narrative in a visual manner. Sparring use of dialogue means that you remember the scenes better because you're paying attention and not lost in endless exposition. It works fantastically.

They'll use old recorded lines from the show, probably the intro, but any new aku lines will probably be a soundalike, the guy who took over for him on Avatar started off a bit rocky but was decent by the end of the series.

Aku's laugh will undoubtedly be Mako's though, you just can't mimic that.
