The best of the Daniel Craig era. After that it gets a bit hazy. It's certainly no Goldeneye.

Javier Bardem's portrayal of a good written villain.

That island was a good location. Also, İstanbul opening was good.

Addition of Ralph Fiennes.

Rural Britain scenes were good.

Got it on right now, its pretty comfy. The plot with Silva is utterly bonkers and dumb, but the pacing is great and the ending is probably the best since Goldeneye. Great opening and the theme song/soundtrack is also cool.

Agree with most of the cons, but where is it mentioned that Q is gay? The actor is, sure, but his sexuality isn't explicitly stated here.

Doubly agree on the Bond girl call. She's hot but boring as fuck. Craig I don't mind. A bit wooden, but his stony features make for a good Bond.

It gave some hope to the Bond movies in general after QoS. Also genuinely creative bad guy (as opposed to spectre)

The series of predicted traps made no sense though and the home alone scene is just ridiculous.

I agree with this. Also I think back when skyfall came out, everyone was constantly talking about Adele and you would hear the song a million times. It's pretty fitting for a Bond movie but it isn't so fantastic as people said
