Friend of mine was in Tokyo last summer and asked some people there about Jiro's.

Apparently they have a 3-month wait list if you want to order a table and a full-course meal for one person costs around $280.

However they also said that the Documentary sparked interest in Jiro's place immensely and the wait wasn't that long before.
