This may shock you, but the idea-man tier concepts behind shows and film are almost completely irrelevant in the face of good casting, pace, story-boarding, and cinematography. Conceptualizing something interesting isn't hard, and I'm sure thousands of autismos on this board have dozens of great movie ideas written down.
