Alice is a clone and man made.

The Red Queen is an AI program of the real Alice when she was young.

The real Alice was a sickly girl and the daughter of Umbrella's CEO that was creating the T-virus to stop her illness.

Jorah Mormont betrayed the CEO so he could wipe out humanity and only the rich Umbrella staff could survive and take over the world.

The real Alice is an old ass granny now that Jorah planned to kill at the end once his plans were finished, but apparently granny Alice was much more smart.

Old ass granny, together with the Red Queen, were good guys all along and were leading the main character Alice to save the world.

In the end they manage to beat up Jorah Mormont, Wesker, and they release an anti-virus that wipes out the zombies and allows the last few surviving humans to live.

What the fuck even happened from the last movie? What the fuck happened to Leon, Ada, etc? Why the fuck did Wesker pull that huge ruse about how he was a good guy and the Red Queen was the bad guy when he could have just killed Alice from the beginning?

What is also revealed in the movie is that Jorah Mormont is a fanatic Christian who wants to do another Noah's Ark because humanity is on the verge of collapse. There were a bunch of liberal schilling in the movie about how global warming, nukes, and war was going to end the world when Jorah was explaining his plans on why he wanted to kill off humanity.
