Plot's nothing special but great performances all round, and a good mix of tragedy and comedy. Fucking love the soundtrack as well.

All it's missing is "A Film by the Coen Brothers" on the poster.

Neck-and-neck with Die Hard for my favorite movie of all time

That running gag with Feinnes' characters inability to understand how anyone could dislike Brugges was pretty funny. So was the whole conversation on the phone

I liked it a lot.

But it's a popular cult movie so I call it reddit and pretend like my contrarianism makes me above you.
