What was your favorite Voyager episode?
Course: Oblivion
>>64904465
The one where Janeway did something psychotic.
>>64904465
I like that episode where something completely inexplicable happens at the last minute and solves all their problems
I like the one where the doctor is like in the future or something and he's on a planet full of people who I think are studying him.
I guess. Voyager was entertaining but mostly forgettable.
>>64904465
Year of Hell
>>64904522
I loved this episode. Truly Voyager at its best.
>>64904671
It's called Living Witness, google says. I'm gonna watch it on Netflix.
I like the one with the Voth because I don't think there has been a more technologically advanced race in all of Star Trek. God-type races like the Q don't count as they aren't limited only to the physical universe. The Voth just beamed an entire star ship into its own ship and completely neutralized it, they make the Borg, Species 8472 and The Dominion look like ass clowns.
>>64905024
They theorized in the holodeck that the Voth are descendents of the dinosaurs on Earth
hahahaha they had to put in a titcow to get you nerds to take interest in it
I've never watched up to any 7o9 episodes, only a few episodes of the beginning when they started a re-run on TV. Should I stick to it and start again?

>>64905355

what, are you gay?
>>64906326
Stop accusing people of being homosexual for not supporting the sexualization of strong female characters.
It's problematic.
>>64906136
>not admitting that your show is so shitty they had to recruit a bitch with huge tits to get people to watch it
>>64906350
>yes anon I'm a raging homosexual faggot who loves the bbc up my ass
>>64906606
I'm a girl.
>>64906635
At least put some effort into your bait.
>>64906697
He seemed dumb enough to fall for it. I put in as little effort as I feel I have to.
>>64906635
>tv character has a bigger chest than I do
>M-MUH SEXISM, M-MUH SEXUALIZATION OF A STRONG FEMALE CHARACTER
nothing could be further from the truth retard
>>64906718
Fair enough, and it does seem to still be working. Carry on then.
>>64906697
But I am a girl. Pic related.
>>64906750
>>64906718
>I was only pretending to be retarded
>>64906843
Why are you quoting me? I'm not even involved in your prepubescent argument. I was triggered by his lack of effort with his bait, but in the process of calling him out, someone (who I'm assuming was you) fell for it anyway.

At the very least, the quality of this thread has been about the same quality as Voyager.
>>64904465
All of them
>>64904465
go away pat
>>64904465
Gotta Love a bit of Borg queen with your Voyager
Friendly reminder that Dukat did nothing wrong.
>>64909853
How's his daughter tho?
Shameless Jeffrey Combs bump
Tell me about your sexual organs.
>>64904465
Probably the one where the Doctor creates his holographic family. Probably the one episode of any Star Trek series that can bring me to tears.
>>64911309
Of laughter, I hope?
>>64904465
I like the one with those guys in it from another planet and they do that stuff and the voyager has to sort it out.
>>64906350
this post lol
>>64911563
It was a really funny episode, but also really sad.
>>64911309
Lal's episode of TNG tends to get me misty eyed.
>>64909843
Gotta Love their on screen chemistry.
Reminder that /trek/ threads are SJW friendly and sexist/racist pigs from /pol/ should fuck off back to Star Wars nigger/mary sue complaining threads.
>>64913287
I'm rewatching Voyager when I bump into an episode that stars the actress who plays the mom on The suite life of Zac and Cody. I could tell it was her within the first few seconds before they turned her human. Funny how I didn't notice this the first time around. I also have no memory of ever watching the episode itself.
>>64913287
>Computer, scan thread for redditors.
>One redditor identified.
Living Witness, purely for Evil Voyager. I wish that's what Voyager was like always
I know, I know, Insaneway, but that episode turned things up to 11
>>64913350
Why don't you just ignore him? Shitposting is only permitted in the realms of trek around here boy,.
>>64913539
Don't be mad because I ruined your false flag operation.

>no equinox
>>64913628
Those flying things looked scary.
>>64913615
You forgot to make her eyes larger
>>64913714
yeah but also there was a ship called equinox that should have been voyager and it made you think about the choices janeway should have had to make
still terrible though, being voyager. at one point janeway actually tries to execute starfleet personnel and has to be stopped by her maquis first officer
>>64913792
> janeway actually tries to execute starfleet personnel
He was arrogant and a murder. She did the right thing. Besides I think it was explained at the end of the second part that she did almost slip from grace for a moment. Thats when her first officer told her it was time to pick herself back up and put her plaque back on the wall where it belonged.
>>64914061
the thing is she does this every second episode, like with tuvix
and every first episode she's all holier than thou and won't permit even the slightest bad thing to happen no matter how ridiculous it is, and everyone just forgets tuvix and the equinox
>>64914150
Neelix can be annoying enough as it sometimes but a black Neelix ? I'd killed it myself. She did the right thing. She also restored the life of not one but two of her actual crew members.
>>64906350
Waaaaahhhhhh
A female character can be strong and sexy tooooo waahhhhh
>>64904465
The one where the Doctor has a mental breakdown. The rest were shit.
>>64914402
that episode was so dumb why didnt he just go in alphabetical order.
I always thought Voyager in general showed too clean a ship and crew considering their circumstances. Remember the Enterprise arc where they were in the Expanse and everyone was run ragged, including the ship. Did they even do that with Voyager? I just remember them being as comfortable and happy as the TNG crew in most episodes.
>>64914546
The year of hell two parter showed that happening, but it ended up never happening in the first place.
>>64914311
>Not being Bisexual so when a show sexualizes a strong female it's a win and when they sexualize a strong male it's also a win for me.
>>64914673
You're right, but what I meant is that it should have been an underlying theme for all or at least most of the whole show - not just the occasional 2 parter which every other Trek series has their share of too. I wanted to see the usual Starfleet idealism on some characters that are losing hope and eventually giving up their principles to survive, and more than just Captain "I use the prime directives as toilet paper" Janeway.
>>64914522
Because he chose his friends life over some ho he didn't know.
The Doctor had to learn about Bros before hoes the hard way.
>>64914673
Did Janeway really kill herself that day or did her actions cancel her suicide out ?
>>64914803
I'm with you all the way. In fact, that's one of the main reasons I remember that episode so well. It showed a glimpse what Voyager could have been.
>>64914920
Her actions caused her actions to never happen.
>>64914846
that was just his speculation about his own memories.
>>64904465
The one where Tuvok kills Neelix.
Did Voyager have any mirror universe episodes, and were they any good?
>>64915352
no and no
only TOS, DS9 and ENT
>>64915352
Yes and Yes. I was a Doctor episode so it being good is a give in.
>>64915352
it wasnt a universe but they fly into something with lots of mirrors.
>>64904465
Gravity.
Lori Petty, coziness with Paris, Tuvok annd the Doctor camping out in the desert, and the breddy gud bookend elements with young Tuvok all pissy and young Tuvok in control of his emotions after completing his studies with the vulcan master. when tuvok mindmelds with lori petty and she understands why women have no sway over him was pretty cool too.
future borgman
>>64915393
That wasn't the mirror universe. It would have fit right in with the mirror universe, but it wasn't. Good episode none the less.
>>64915412
When was Ecclestone on Voyager?
None of them.
that nasal voiced, botox faced terrible actress Captain killed it dead.
Native American aliens...
comedy ship's cook
utter shit

>>64905355
hahaha they put hot guys in garbage tv and movies for dumb girls to take an interest in it
see i can be retarded and obvious while thinking i'm clever too
>>64914150
Tuvix and Equinox are the worst examples of Insaneway yet people always pick them. At least go with something like that time she threw Paris in prison and demoted him for trying to save a peaceful race from omnicide
>Tuvix
Disregarding the fact that he was very annoying, her duty (and the ethical thing to do) was always to save the lives of her two crewman. That Tuvix wanted to stay alive was irrelevant-- Neelix and Tuvok were non-compos-mentis at the time and were indeed glad when they got reseparated.
The creation of Tuvix from two original life forms was no different from various incidents like Janeway turning into a slug or Kirk splitting into two people or the Federation command getting taken over by those parasites. Nobody ever complains that there was an ethical violation in any of those cases or that 'slug janeway had a right to life!'; the only reason people care about Tuvix whatsoever was that he was able to still carry out a job on the ship, which is a poor and selfish excuse.
>Equinox
Ransom and his crew were committing genocide against a non-hostile race just to get fuel. Then they were going to leave Voyager to get destroyed with all its 140 crewmembers. The guy she was going to let die had forsaken his uniform and bringing him to the point of death (or just letting the aliens kill him as revenge) was the best course of action to save everyone. They were lucky they found alternative methods after Chakotay stopped her.
>>64913482
its a decent episode but whats really annoying is im pretty sure she never appeared before yet they all miss her and regret her dying before she comes back bald. she kinda hot.
>>64909843
who was better?
>>64915692
Stay salty, faggot.
>>64905024
definitely one of the top one-off races in all of trek
>>64920331
super advanced dinosaur race from earth oh wow

he plans to put all those pictures on voyager's facebook/twitter next to neelixes cooking videos.
>>64919763

correct and yes she was hot. Oddly enough I found her hotter in her Alien makeup than in her human form which would be a first for me.

>>64921580
You may be able to get away with that shit in generals but here in /voy/ we don't put up with racism or misogyny
I really liked Coda. It's the one were janeway has a near death experience and meets an alien that is trying to devour her soul
Also Message in a Bottle was great as was that planet that had it's time sped up
Blink (or wink) of an eye
