its objectively the best way to watch as a newcomer. you set the story with 4 and 5, then flash back to see vaders story, and then get to the end with 6

None. At this point the originals will seem old to you and the prequels will seem like bad CGI.

Just catch the next sci fi franchise. Star Wars isn't that great.
