Don't bother with 1920 x anything unless its a nature scene or space scene and its above 2mb/s. Infact just don't bother with 1920 at all. Bit rate, your clip is 12 seconds? You should be around either 960 or 1280 at a bitrate of at least 1200kbs, if its a busy scene ramp it up, but with your scene you can probably do it at 1-1200kbs. These aren't gifs, don't be afraid of the bitrates

Better, now for some reason youve developed some black bars, that you didn't have in the first version. So figure out why those are there. Up the res to 960 (or actually just fix the blackbars and see how it looks at 720) keep the bitrate to whatever you're at at the moment and you're golden really.

After that its just a case of messing with bitrates to see if you really need what you're giving it
