Hello friends, i'm working in a cruise ship and some weeks ago someone stolen my smartphone with italian sim. In the next days i will be first in helsinki and then in tallin and i'm looking for a prepaid card with data internet that i can use in roaming all over eruope, because next week i return in italy and i'm goingo to do a 10 days crossing by the sea.
I think there is no longer roaming in the EU

When you get to Helsinki go to an "R-kiosk" and get a prepaid SIM. They can be found everywhere

This'll work, but be aware that you'll be paying for data once you go outside Finland, only the regular plans include the free ETA roaming. From what I could tell, most operators charge around 0.5-0.7 cents per MB.

Only for citizens of EU members with a contract on a provider within the EU.
I know OP fits this but I just wanted to make sure someone else doesn't read that and go to Europe and get raped by their provider.

No, roaming charges have been eliminated by the EU, but some or most Finnish providers have been giving a partial exemption and they will charge around 7 EUR per gigabyte of data for roaming on pre-paid accounts. Still pretty cheap as long as you're not watching video.
