Ok, water in Southeast Asia.
Safe to drink?
Should I brush my teeth in it?
Should I avoid getting it in my mouth while showering?
Should I avoid getting it in y eyes while showering?

The sickest I have ever been in my life was in Thailand.
I don't know what I caught, but it was bad as in fearing for my life bad. Never could figure out what happened but my bf e would be the water.
South East Asia is a big place anon.
For Thailand, don't drink it but it's otherwise ok.

If you're in a hotel or a decent enough hostel/guest house in a city you should be ok to even drink the water. It might not taste great but it will be treated for human consumption. It's not like everyone in Bangkok or Jakarta is drinking sewer water.
Rural areas might not have that privilege so always ask. Ask even in big cities. I never got sick in Asia but used tap water to brush teeth and sometimes had a sip or two all over central america and the only place I got the shits was in Panama City.
