PUERTO RICO
Anyone have suggestions for this spot?
I'm going in September. I'm looking into bio bays, rainforest hikes in el yunque, old San Juan, and beaches.
The main issues for me is that it's gonna be a waxing moon, so I don't know how worth it the bio bays will be. Also unsure about logistics. Can I bus around to the rainforest and bio bays? Do I need a car? Some places like vieques apparently you take a ferry but then you have to spend the night there if you do a bio bays because the ferry doesn't run middle of the night..

Ive heard that the biobays are pretty much dead at this point from pollution, but Ive never been so idk.
Depending on your budget there are a good amount of awesome rainforest tours - check out Acampa especially. If not, I imagine El Yunque is bus-able.

Thanks, will check out acampa! I saw a bunch of guided tours through rainforests but thought they were a scam. Got any recommendations based on experience for which one was good?
just realized acampa IS the tour company >.>
Thanks! I think I'm gonna book the Toro Negro tour.
Bump. Going there with my step-sister (wink). Anyone else have suggestions?
This is just a dirty spic version of Hawaii

Hawaii is too expensive for us. And when it was time to go home I'd just hide and stay there. Better homeless in Hawaii than a wage slave anywhere else.
