Post airline meals.
Comment on each others meals too.

May as well mention the flight/airline
China Southern, Lijiang > Beijing

fuck, forgot photo.

wtf
>Best airline meal I've had
Emirates
>Worst
Air Algerie, followed closely by Korean Air
How about you guys?
>>1269494
>Korean Air
Air Canada has even worse food. They make Korean Air look palatable.
EVA Air dinner, IAH-TPE

I recognize that airline meal...
I always bring something to eat with me on flights. The pescatarian options are often unpleasant. I stopped ordering them a long time ago as Delta and other airlines often offer a pasta or something like that.
Trail mix and Cliff bars.
Lufthansa, Munich to Vancouver.
Was better than it looks.
How's the economy food on ANA? Gotta fly with em this October.
Why is airline food so fucking bad anyways? It's way worse than your average precooked food.
>>1269634
I think you've just traveled bad airlines, companies like airfrance, swiss air, luftansa, and condor or thomas cook always have damn good meals, i fly fom America to Europe 90% of the time so I don't really know any other airlines food
Pic related last air france meal i had that was good
>>1269634
I thought my meal on EVA was great, and while ANA's kaiseki style Japanese meal isn't nearly as good as what I've had on the ground, it was still a damn good meal.
Turkish has by far the best food of all airlines
>>1269497
I flew both recently and Air Canada blew Korean Air's meals out of the water. Korean Air was fucking disgusting.
Finnair A350 meal. Pretty good actually.
>>1269631
I'm actually flying with them in a few weeks, I'll try to remember to take pics and report back with them. I'm going Premium Economy, which apparently means I get Business Class's deserts and drinks too or something.
>>1269494
Kek, I had gimbap and rice wine on korean air, fucking awful.
So funny to see the contrasts here between pictures of economy and business class.
>>1269868
Pleb tier narrow business class seats.
>>1269877
Dude, Lufthansa is a nice airline and all, but... it's nothing to spam 10 pictures of. There are even nicer ones.
>>1269876
Lufthansa A330.
As I am not a fat fag it's enough space. You fat dudes can chose the center rows which offer more space to the sides.
>>1269881
I'm most likely smaller than you. Lufthansa is nicer on the European destinations. Intercontinental they lose on some other European airlines. You seem like a poorfag who got lucky once with an upgrade and now thinks he's special. I've flown lots of business or first class long haul, Lufthansa is okay but nothing great.
>>1269884
Confirmed for being a pleb who thinks he's a special snowflake because he got lucky once in a while flying business class.
>>1269886
For someone with top status on 3 airlines you sure are desperate to get validation on a Mongolian cave paintings forum.
a bit off topic, this is the "meal" they gave us for a 15 hours trip crossing the Chaco desert in south america
>>1269895
It can't get more Swiss. Hörnli Salat with some random stuff. Nice.
>>1269891
Yes, and you are an entitled special snowflake who thinks he's special for posting lots of business class pictures and being extremely condescending about it. Many /trv/lers do fly these once in a while, but you are desperate to get validation clearly.
>>1269902
Yeah this one was good. I hate those sandwiches they serve on short-hauls. Tastes like paper ;-)
>>1269915
Yeah the sandwiches suck, but I love their summer specials where they hand out some Mövenpick ice cream as a snack on the city trips.
>>1269940
Actually the best solution is not to eat anything in the plane as the Senator Lounge in Dock E in Zurich is outstandig - keep your hunger if you ever go there ;-)
>>1269946
They have something like 120 whiskys on the menu there. Will take a while to go through all of them.
>>1269910
That wasn't me. I postet the Lufthansa economy sausage.
Copa Airlines fo a 2 hour flight. was ok.
Airline food is usually ok to me, it is on the same level as fast food.
>>1270020
They already have over 200 bottles now. If you go there after 4 pm there is a great chance you will be the only guest in the lounge. Happend several times to me in the last months. Also good food there.
>>1270207
It's been pretty empty when I've been there. The problem is that it's in the E terminal. What's the shortest/easiest flight you can take that would let you use it? Istanbul? Any London flights?
>>1270212
You can use it with every flight. Just plan 30 minutes to get to the E terminal and back to A/B/D.
>>1270227
Oh really? I wasn't aware that's an option. They have passport control, will they really let you through even if the flight is Schengen? Or just something sneaky like have a non-Schengen flight to UK or Balkans, and drop by gate E?
>>1270231
No, just give him your passport and if he ask where you're going tell him that you just want to go to the E lounge and come back for your flight then.
They never refuse that. Last guy said "Ah, you're going to taste some whiskys, right?"
By the way the A lounge closes for a ONE YEAR (!!) refurbishment soon. Then everybody will go to E cause the small D lounge will be overoccupied as hell.
>>1270233
Well, shit. The gate A senator lounge is already too full as it is. Most of the time when I fly I can hardly find a seat.
>>1270237
That's why I always go to E. A really is/was a shithole :D

>>1270239
Hopefully it will be worth it after the refurbishment.
/trv/ ZRH lounge meeting when? I'm flying out this Friday next.
And to try to get thread back on topic, here's some food from Swiss. Dessert cheeses.
>>1270233
Good to know. I'd imagine that only works if you have a European passport though.
>>1270311
As long as you are allowed to enter the EU with your passport it will work.
>>1269442
I recognize a quality Turkish airlines meal when I see one.
My latest airfood achievement: Bought an energy drink on a wizzair flight.
Pictured it was "Burn" but they gave me a redbull. Went great with the pepperoni sticks I had.
