I don't think it's fair to dismiss an entire country's cuisine. Individual dishes, sure why not though.

I was actually getting slowly burnt out on Vietnamese food myself. A man can have so much Pho, Banh Mi, and Bun Thit Nuong. Then I started looking at other dishes recently, and I regained interest in it.
