Who here has been to Budva Montenegro? Do you recommend it? Where did you stay?

I'm gonna be in Sarajevo and I want to possibly go to Budva. I got a flight out of Split. So I'm thinking maybe go to Budva and possibly Kotor. Then drive to Split and maybe see Dubrovnik again (been there before)

Seems like Budva is more likely than Split and Split is more romantic.

Also thoughts on Hvar?

Also can I rent a car in Sarajevo and leave it in Split?

I didn't spend much time there, but I can tell you that the coastline is the only part of Montenegro that you want to go to (unless you have business in Serbia, then it's much easier to cross through the mountains of Montenegro than taking the "scenic" route through the dilapidated roads of Bosnia
