Never been there but madeira isnt really a party island apart from new years, even then its not partying like ibiza and that kind of scene, for that kind of stuff Lagos in mainland Portugal or other regions of Algarve are more like budget Ibiza. Cant really give specific advice on drugs, Im a local, but for tourists it is probably relatively easy as well

been there last month, did not see a single club. mostly old folks chilling. would not recommend for partying but for amazing scenery which is much nicer anyway mr. degenerate
