I was in Paris for just over a week last month and had a fucking blast. Was considering taking a day trip to Amsterdam, should have done that in the end.

Is 6 days in Paris and 4 days in Amsterdam too much for those places? Any good sidetrips? I would be worried about Amsterdam because other than the Rijksmuseum I'm not sure I care about art.
