In Czech Republic and Slovakia you'll just need to buy a vignette. I think they're both around 10 euro's for one that is valid for 10 days. You just get them at a gas station near the border. There are no toll-roads with gates as far as I know. When you have a vignette you're fine.

Don't know about Hungary,

Slovakia and Hungary no longer have vignettes, it's all electronic, but you can pay at gas stations like in the past.

Hungary also has 1-day virtual vignettes and I can't quite understand the system but apparently parts of the highway system are toll-free.

Ok, now something i might not get answer here.
I'm going to ride from Poland and was checking route on google maps. It shows me to cross border with Czech Rep. in Chalupki - Bogumin but i've found info that that point is closed (i need confirmation). So i must go to Glucholazy-Mikulovice or go through Slovakia in Zwardon-Myto-Skalite or Chyzne-Trstena, but i don't know if they're not closed either.
Somebody have some information about those points (and maybe something similiar on border with Hungary)?

I can't find anything on that, only a year old report on how Poland is doing passport checks at the border again.
