Hey, I've been looking to answer this question for a bit and pulled up nothing. Perhaps someone with experience would be able to help.
Well, I've found this island called "Pitcairn Island" which is small tiny community. How does some move there? Currently I'm residing in Canada, I wonder how someone would move there.I found houses for rent, but how would finding an occupation work out if the population is -60?
Not so much a travel question as a relocation. But also considering doing some island hoping this fall.

Never heard of Pitcairn until this thread. Is it really that bad that the offer of free land couldn't get people to relocate?

As far as making money goes I'd imagine its pretty much all based on tourism and possibly fishing rights but I don't know if you'd get any of that money.
