Anyone else have an issue traveling and dealing with spicy food?
>want to go to japan and some asian countries as a cultured otaku

>everything is spicy
>green peppers, onions, crushed red pepper, and other spicy food common on everything
>4 glasses of drink later
>take another bite
>eyes and nose get runny
Anyone else have to deal with spicy food while traveling? Is there any way to tell people not to burn my tastebuds off while traveling?

I love spicy food. My fav cuisines are Thai and Mexican. Japanese food is not generally spicy, though. Also water doesn't cool down the mouth. It just spreads the oiks that cause the heat. Eat bread or drink milk
