How do I immigrate to peru?

You can buy citizenship for $25,000 and even pay through installment payments through an immigration agent there.
Or marry a Peruvian.

not any more, since at least 10 years.
It's pretty easy to obtain permanent residency though, and then citizenship after having lived there some 2 or 3 years iirc

Everyone's short and old fashioned.
I'd get a residency, the country can go to shit within months. Look at the countries modern history. Also corruption is rampant. Keep as much of your life in dollars/euros/pounds and your job based outside the country. The less you deal with the government the better.

you can get an investor visa for that now
which works like a permanent/residency visa
BTW other guy literally nothing wrong with getting a second citizenship. A Peruvian passport is a decent one anyhow I think only a Chilean or Brazilian one is better.
