Is there somewhere, some kind of retreat maybe, where tourists can travel and live for, say, a month or so? I'm thinking about some sort of spritual, buddhist - esq relaxing camp or temple.
I have a lot conflicting thoughs in my head from mild/medium child abuse and stress from my job and friends. I don't mean like a place with psychiatrists and what not where you activly work on your problems, just a really relaxing place where you can sleep long, take walks/hikes and maybe sit in on some lessons on ch'i or whatever, just a calming soothing environment
i'm european based, so preferable somewhere in like thailand?

Thailand is ideal for everything. What's your budget? Spiritual may be more expensive than regular beach life.

Or instead of Thailand you could try some benign pharmacology in South America. Try that Ayahuasca thing. Supposedly it is very purging experience.
