Kowloon walled city was pretty unreal but unfortunately it is long gone. The Dharavi slums give me a pretty similiar vibe desu if you count south Asia. If you just mean seedy in the sex tourism and drugs pervert sense then Patong is pretty high up there. Angeles city is worse than Patong in that respect. I hear Pattaya is pretty bad too but I have personally never been.

Pattaya is pretty vanilla compared to patpong and silom in general.

Not the OP, but if you leave the street with the night market, it is shady/sketchy as shit, and it extends to much of Silom. I'm a bit street smart and have definitely noticed people sizing me up in Silom/Patpong and decide it's not worth it.
