I have a friend from Romania, and she's wondering how to go about getting one of those guest worker visas for seasonal work. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? I'm clueless about how it all works.

Working holiday visas do not exist in the US and most countries go tit for tat and refuse working visas to US citizens
We have Hondurans and Mexicans. We don't need 18 year old euros to do our farm work

How do they get all of those foreigners at places like Disney World and on cruise ships and such? Busch Gardens? A lot of foreigners in the tourist sector it seems.

What she wants is a J1 Visa. There are staffing companies that will sponsor her and help her find a job or she can hit up coolworks and try and find an employer directly.
I know a lot of Eastern European students that work in hospitality/food service in Alaska during the summers.

Thanks! I'll let her know!
