Next month I'll be going to Kiev and I do want to see Chernobyl/Pripyat. Have anybody gone on them here? I need some informations, mainly concerning:
- Prices
- Best companies
- How much in advance should I make the reservation

Been there. Make the reservation at least 2 weeks in advance to be safe. That's not a travel company thing, but a permission thing from the military.

Just got back from Kiev.

Stayed in DREAM and Elements hostels. They both had flyers up where they'd arrange Chernobyl tours if you requested it. Also had a shooting/tank driving tour. Prices were somewhere in the area of $150. I think DREAM would be better if you wanted to request the tours through the hostel.
