I've been living in Atlanta for 7 years. I found the city very boring as I had nothing to do for fun. Any Tips? (Budget friendly ones are appreciated bc I'm broke student)
Your thread makes no sense
Southwest offers 50 dollar tickets maybe you could go somewhere else...
Unless your black no....
Nashvilles got a lot only 3 hours away or savannah beautiful city with great culture
Atlanta is a ghetto suburban cunt hole with nothing to do sometimes I wonder why kids even go to college here...(probably cuz they're crack addicts)
Georgia state fag here and I can agree this city is just a large ghetto full of crackheads

I dont want to go to shithole GSU. My dreams of UGA is fading bc of GPA, what should I do???? Is it worth investing a lot of money for out of state?
How bad exactly is this wasteland and what inspired you to go there?
I'm from Mableton and I can tell u first hand Atlanta is crap if your under 21
Gsu here again if you can't get into uga tech or Emory which seems like you probably won't then it is worth going out of state and experiencing a new part of the country

I went cuz i thought it was a decent school but in reality Georgia Tech and UGA are the only good schools in the entire state.... someone send help pls..........
Atlanta is fine for me, as a married father with kids. Lots to do. Single men, seem to speak highly of it, as they are able to punch above their weight there. I should say generally successful single men. I could see how it could be hell for a young single broke straight guy.
I've seen great things about nearly every major US city, and experienced many of them myself, but I've genuinely never heard anything that makes Atlanta stick out.

Atlanta is not a real city, it's a bunch of towns that decided to hangout. It is the black capital/Mecca and it's southern cultural center. A lot of rich black folks there, poor ones, too. Literally right around the corner from each other in many cases. Campbellton Rd to Enon Rd/Wolf Creek.
I don't think it holds much sway in the white mindset. Athens and Savannah probably have more cache
Atlanta seems dope. Migos and Gucci Mane make it seem like it's a rich utopia
atlanta is cool. born and raised here. yall are right about it being extremely suburban, but since its a huge metro area (almost 6 mil), there is still a sizeable intown urban core. many neighborhoods adjacent to midtown and downtown are easily comparable to somehere like portland or austin in terms of walkability, access to local businesses/nightlife whatever
