secret spots in the Hague

Hoi, I work in Den Haag but don't know any hidden spots (yet) could you share any of yours?

I only know that Chinese food in Den Haag >>> Chinese food in Amsterdam. Also restaurants in general seemed more interesting.
The only thing is that I find the beach near the Hague extremely depressing. Otherwise it's great.

My only Den Haag tip is lame... Even if you have an appointment with the Chinese visa centre, go there earlier than the opening time if you are in any sort of rush. 10 mins before the opening time there's gonna be a big line already. They also do drop in, though, and they have a computer, printer, copy machine, you can use them all.

Average kapsalon/turksepizzas, terrible everything else. There's not much of a reason to go.

The kapsalon joint on Rijswijksweg used to be breddy gud. And the bakery on Stationsweg used to be quite nice.

Then again, I studied there like 7 years ago, so who the fuck knows now. I will stand corrected.

Is Hague worth a visit?

There are some proper restaurants in town that are good. With like, food that is kind of fresh, nicely prepared, tastes good, has good texture, has some sort of presentation on your plate.
Kapsalon has nice connotations, like a good finish to some crazy night out, but any place that sells it.....they don't generally have fresh stuff, and I'll shut up at this point.
